RentClear provides rental-application support and presentation services. RentClear does not act as a landlord, letting agent, mortgage broker or legal adviser.
3. No guarantee of tenancy
Using RentClear does not guarantee that a landlord or letting agent will accept an application. Final tenancy decisions remain with the relevant landlord, agent or property provider.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and lawful information.
- You must not upload or submit information you do not have the right to share.
- You must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purposes.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the website are the prices payable for the selected service unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment processor.
6. Refunds
If you believe a refund is due, contact us at support@rent-clear.com. Any refund decision will take account of the service purchased, work already started and applicable consumer law.
7. Intellectual property
The website content, branding and materials created by RentClear remain the property of RentClear unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page will always be error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, RentClear will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services.
